    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><b><u>Responsibilities</u></b></p>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li><span>Develop the best maintenance strategy for each equipment or device at extrusion area.</span></li>\n  <li><span>Develop maintenance technician skills by training, coaching, and mentoring.</span></li>\n  <li><span>Develop training matrix with the technical skills required by maintenance technicians’ crew</span></li>\n  <li><span>Supervise closely EHS performance of his work crew.</span></li>\n  <li><span>Develop and perform the preventive maintenance routines needed to keep all extrusion equipment 100% availability.</span></li>\n  <li><span>Develop and perform the predictive maintenance routines needed to keep all finishing equipment 100% availability.</span></li>\n  <li><span>Develop and perform proactive maintenance routines to find out potential failures and feed the maintenance master plan (maintenance backlog).</span></li>\n  <li><span>Do and help to maintenance technicians to troubleshooting on finish equipment failures.</span></li>\n  <li><span>Coordinate external services with contactor companies for periodic preventive and predictive services and for equipment reparation services.</span></li>\n  <li><span>Keep record of the maintenance failures and conduct root cause analysis of the top issues.</span></li>\n  <li><span>Performed environment score card action plan.</span></li>\n  <li><span>Work with storeroom to upload critical spare parts to inventory control.</span></li>\n  <li><span>Improve automation projects to improve uptime, safety, quality, and cycle time of finishing equipment.</span></li>\n  <li><span>Develop and perform restoration equipment program (upgrade, retrofits, modernization etc.)&nbsp;</span></li>\n  <li><span>Develop TPM implementation, participate to develop autonomous maintenance routines, contamination source elimination, heard to reach areas elimination.</span></li>\n  <li><span>Develop critical components identification codes system to keep tracking of reparation and preventive maintenance.</span></li>\n  <li><span>Supervise the maintenance system functionality (work orders, repair and spare part inventory control, Preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance execution, RCA etc.)</span></li>\n  <li><span>Monitor maintenance performance key indicators (uptime, reliability, MTTR, MTBF, PM compliance etc.)</span></li>\n </ul>\n <p>&nbsp;</p>\n</div>\n<p><b><u>Education&nbsp;</u></b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <p><span>Minimum of High School Diploma or technical formation</span></p>\n  <p>&nbsp;</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><b><u>Qualifications</u></b></p>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li><span>Industrial maintenance experience at metal mechanic industry or similar.</span></li>\n  <li><span>Focused on industrial safety.</span></li>\n  <li><span>People management experience</span></li>\n  <li><span>Situational leadership.</span></li>\n  <li><span>Very proactive and self-motivated</span></li>\n  <li><span>Oral communication skills</span></li>\n  <li><span>Written communication skills</span></li>\n  <li><span>Technical Communication</span></li>\n  <li><span>Technical Aptitude</span></li>\n  <li><span>Electrical Aptitude</span></li>\n  <li><span>Computer knowledge.</span></li>\n  <li><span>Dealing with specialized service providers.</span></li>\n  <li><span>Minimum of High School Diploma or technical formation</span></li>\n </ul>\n <p><span><b><u>SKILLS:</u></b></span></p>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li><span>Good knowledge on hydraulic presses (high pressure)</span></li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Knowledge of gas Furnaces.</span></li>\n <li><span>Knowledge at Cooling towers</span></li>\n <li><span>Good knowledge on controllers (PLC, HMI, VFD, Temperature controllers)</span></li>\n <li><span>Knowledge on automatic cranes.</span></li>\n <li><span>Knowledge on combustion systems.</span></li>\n <li><span>Knowledge on industrial blowers.</span></li>\n <li><span>Knowledge on conveyor systems.</span></li>\n <li><span>Good knowledge on mechanical systems (industrial level)</span></li>\n <li><span>Good knowledge on electrical systems (480 Volts)</span></li>\n <li><span>Good knowledge on lock out tags out procedures and OSHAS regulations.</span></li>\n <li><span>Good knowledge to manage people and California labor regulations.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><b><u>WORKING CONDITIONS</u></b></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>This position&nbsp;works in a manufacturing environment.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Work is performed in a manufacturing environment in all weather conditions.</span></li>\n <li><span>Lift up to 25 lbs. regularly, up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>The annual base salary range for this position is $89,003 - $106,480.
