There is steady work no matter what the weather is, you come to the same facility each day, and we provide your tools. &nbsp;You will work with a diverse group of individuals and get to work on interesting projects!</p><p>Hours are M-F 7:00 am - 3:45 pm, overtime is likely<br>$16 - $17 per hour</p><p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepares surfaces by scraping, using commercial paint removers, and filling cracks and holes</li><li>Erects scaffold, ladders, and safety barriers in line with local mechanical &ldquo;safe work procedures&rdquo;</li><li>Places drop cloths to protect equipment and to cover floors</li><li>Understands different types of paints and solvents</li><li>Able to use paint sprayers&nbsp;</li><li>Disassembles, cleans, and reassembles sprayers and power equipment using solvents, wire brushes, and cloths for cleaning duties</li><li>Performs interior and exterior painting, including finishing where required</li><li>Reviews shop drawings</li><li>Maintains shop equipment</li><li>Follows Falcon Structures&rsquo; policies and procedures, health and safety standards, and complies with appropriate building codes</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Skills &amp; Abilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of experience with paint, automotive painting preferred</li><li>Spray foam experience a plus</li><li>Good understanding of paints and tools</li><li>Must be safety conscious</li><li>Able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures</li><li>Must have good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Has a desire to learn</li><li>Friendly, able to collaborate with others, and work on a team</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>About Falcon Structures</strong></p><p>Since 2003 Falcon Structures has pioneered shipping container-based structures.
