    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Heritage Program for Senior Adults</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Looking for an occasional day to continue using your Therapist License.....Signet Health is seeking a Kansas licensed therapist for a PRN position......In-person, days....Starting pay - $25/hr; more depending on experience. </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are actively interviewing licensed social workers for our PRN  <strong>Social Worker position</strong> at the Heritage Program for Senior Adults with our program with Wamego Health Center, Wamego KS.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>PRN, in-person, day position with hourly pay starting at $25/hr;  more, depending on experience.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a Licensed Mental Health Worker, you will ensure that the emotional and therapeutic needs of patients are consistently met and maintained, based on individual plans of behavioral health care.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Your specific duties will include: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Facilitating Daily Group Therapy and keeping charts updated</li>\n <li>Completing Psychosocial Assessments</li>\n <li>Assisting with Treatment Planning and Discharge Planning</li>\n <li>Completing Utilization Review</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements/Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Kansas Master's level social work licensure.</li>\n <li>Strong therapy and assessment skills</li>\n <li>Expertise in the needs of geriatric and adult populations</li>\n <li>Experience in performing brief short-term therapy (e.g. cognitive behavioral therapy or solution focused therapy)</li>\n <li>Experience developing therapeutic materials preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Hospital/Program Description</h2>\n<p>It's not uncommon for senior adults to experience life changes that lead to feelings of depresssion, sadness, and anger.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Heritage Senior Behavior Health is an outpatient program that provides individualized treatment for older adults who are experiencing emotional, behavioral or mental health disorders. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our program provides intensive outpatient treatment, offered Monday through Friday.  Treatment through our program is offered in the least restrictive environment and patients are able to return home each afternoon.  We serve Pottawatomie, Riley, and Wabaunsee Counties.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our services are offered on a philosophy of providing quality care that stresses the importance of dignity, respect, confidentiality.  Our goal is to help our patients achieve an optimum level of functioning.  Together as a team, our staff of highly trained clinicians formulate treatment plans specific to the individual's needs.</p>",
