À titre de QA Lead, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la gestion et l’évolution de la qualité, en menant les pratiques d’ingénierie de la qualité, en intégrant l’assurance qualité plus tôt dans le cycle de développement (<em>shift-left</em>), en améliorant continuellement l’automatisation des tests et en tirant parti de l’IA lorsque cela est pertinent et porteur de valeur.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de Gestion de produit, Développement logiciel, Architecture et Ingénierie afin d’intégrer la qualité à toutes les étapes de conception, de développement et de livraison.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsabilités principales</span></p>\n<p><span>Leadership en assurance qualité</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diriger et promouvoir les <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">meilleures pratiques d’assurance et d’ingénierie de la qualité</span> au sein de l’équipe d’ingénierie</li>\n<li>Définir, faire évoluer et maintenir une approche <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QA « shift-left »</span> intégrée au SDLC</li>\n<li>Agir comme partenaire qualité auprès des équipes de produit et de développement</li>\n<li>Identifier, documenter et suivre les risques liés à la qualité jusqu’à leur résolution</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span>Automatisation des tests</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Concevoir, développer et faire évoluer les <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">stratégies de tests automatisés</span> (Playwright)</li>\n<li>Définir et maintenir une couverture de tests alignée avec les requis fonctionnels et techniques</li>\n<li>Améliorer la fiabilité, la maintenabilité et la valeur des tests automatisés</li>\n<li>Utiliser l’<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">intelligence artificielle</span> pour la génération, l’optimisation et l’analyse des scripts et des cas de tests</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span>Collaboration et accompagnement</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Offrir de l’encadrement technique et du mentorat aux membres de l’équipe QA</li>\n<li>Collaborer étroitement avec les développeurs afin d’améliorer la testabilité et la qualité des solutions livrées</li>\n<li>Donner une rétroaction constructive et continue aux équipes de développement</li>\n<li>Participer activement aux cérémonies Agile (Scrum / Kanban)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span>Livraison et opérations</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planifier et réviser les plans de test en fonction des priorités produit</li>\n<li>Analyser les résultats de tests et contribuer aux décisions de préparation à la livraison</li>\n<li>Définir et suivre des indicateurs de qualité pertinents</li>\n<li>Effectuer le support de niveau 3 (<em>escalations</em>) de nos produits <em>(aucune communication directe avec la clientèle, aucune astreinte)</em></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications et compétences requises</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum 5 ans d’expérience</span> en assurance qualité logicielle, incluant une spécialisation en <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">automatisation des tests</span></li>\n<li>Expérience démontrée dans le <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">leadership ou l’influence des pratiques de qualité</span></li>\n<li>Excellente maîtrise de <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Playwright</span> ou d’un outil équivalent</li>\n<li>Bonne connaissance des méthodologies Agile et des cycles de développement modernes</li>\n<li>Maîtrise de Git (gestion de branches, pull requests, revues de code)</li>\n<li>Expérience avec des outils de suivi des anomalies et de gestion de tests (Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps, etc.)</li>\n<li>Utilisation de l’<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">IA</span> notamment pour la génération, l’optimisation et l’analyse des scripts et des cas de tests</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Atouts supplémentaires</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Expérience avec l’intégration des tests automatisés dans des pipelines CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps ou équivalent)</li>\n<li>Expérience avec des approches BDD et des langages de définition de tests (Cucumber, Gherkin, SpecFlow)</li>\n<li>Expérience avec des outils de tests visuels basés sur l’IA (ex. As QA Lead, you will play a key role in defining and leading Quality Engineering best practices, enabling teams to shift quality left in the SDLC, continuously improving test automation, and leveraging AI where it brings meaningful value.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You will work closely with Product Management, Software Development, Architecture and Engineering Leadership to embed quality into how we design, build, and ship software.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;
