An employee who is under the influence of Marijuana constitutes a threat to patients/customers which Conway Regional is responsible for in providing and supporting the delivery health care related services.  </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>A master's degree in social work with a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education, two-years (3,000 hours) postmaster's LCSW supervised social work experience; successful completion of the Board-approved examination.  LMSW and PLMSW candidates would be considered based on work history and comparable experience. </p>",
