    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Summary</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">PA Wilds Community Connectors are considered the front line to a positive and memorable experience while visiting Leonard Harrison State Park.  Their role is to enhance a visitor’s experience by providing top-notch customer service relating to PA Wilds Conservation Shop activities and general park/facility questions while encouraging the exploration of the surrounding community and PA Wilds region.  </span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Essential Functions</span></span><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Engage directly with customers by telephone, electronically, or face-to-face</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Communicate with guests visiting the center, answering questions about the artisan product assortment, attractions, the surrounding community, and the PA Wilds region</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Manage inventory and prepare merchandise for purchase</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Assist the store manager with developing designs using the PA Wilds logo</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Operate an iPad, point-of-sale system, and laptop computer</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Open and close cash registers, perform tasks such as counting money, balancing cash drawers, and preparing deposits</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Must handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Assist with PA Wilds Center programs and projects as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Frequently move about the retail space to help customers, stock items, clean displays, etc.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Must be able to remain in a non-stationary position 50% of the time</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Frequently moves stock weighing up to 40 pounds across the facility from the stocking area to the retail space</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Nonessential Functions</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process with management</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">As necessary, direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Frequently clean shelves, counters, and tables, and reset merchandise displays</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Occasionally ascends/descends a ladder to stock products and supplies</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Job Specifications </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent OR current high school students of at least 16 years </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Knowledge of customer service principles and practices</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Knowledge of e-commerce platforms </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Familiarity with iPad </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Knowledge of both Windows and IOS  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">The ability to work without supervision </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Key Competencies</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Interpersonal, listening, and communication skills -
