Throw in integrity, a relentless drive for excellence and a commitment to always doing what’s right, and you’ve got our interest.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>50% dining privilege</li>\n <li>Fast-paced, fun environment</li>\n <li>Open-door communication</li>\n <li>Ability to advance your career</li>\n <li>Health benefits</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements and Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Arrives to work on time as scheduled in full uniform</li>\n <li>Provides the highest level of service by adhering to all Miller’s Ale House service standards</li>\n <li>Works directly with other Team Members to ensure all the Guest’s needs are fulfilled in a timely manner</li>\n <li>Assists host/hostess with greeting and seating Guests</li>\n <li>Assists servers in running food while ensuring proper food handling guidelines are being followed</li>\n <li>Acknowledges all Guests that come within five feet in a smiling, friendly manner</li>\n <li>Assists the servers in pre-bussing dishware as the Guests has finished eating</li>\n <li>Provides final removal of all plate and glassware after a Guest departs from the table</li>\n <li>Resets all tables within a timely manner after Guest departure including perfect silverware setup and cleanliness detail</li>\n <li>Collects bus tubs at Quality Assurance and server stations</li>\n <li>Empties trash cans in the restaurant</li>\n <li>Ensures proper food handling and sanitation of work areas</li>\n <li>Accomplishes end of shift side work; including ensuring work areas are stocked and ready for the next scheduled server to take over</li>\n <li>Interacts with Guests to create “Ale House Raving Fans”</li>\n <li>Communicates with fellow Team Members and Management to keep one another informed, wears a headset</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>SAFETY & SANITATION</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Washes hands every 30 minutes throughout the shift</li>\n <li>Maintains clean and sanitized work areas</li>\n <li>Ensures cleanliness of restrooms upon departure</li>\n <li>Works with Team Members to ensure that safety and sanitation protocol is being executed to company standard</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>TEAMWORK, SKILLS AND EDUCATION</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supports other Front of House functions as needed, insuring that everything within the 4 walls of the restaurant is every Team Member’s responsibility</li>\n <li>Positively communicates with other Team Members and Management to keep one another informed</li>\n <li>Provides exceptional service throughout the entire shift</li>\n <li>Possesses communication skills and the ability to work alone as well as with a team</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Must be a minimum of 18 years of age unless otherwise dictated by state law</li>\n <li>Sets up Team Members for success at shift change by ensuring side work and stations are properly stocked</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</u></strong></p>\n<p>The Busser is expected to be able to perform the job functions with reasonable accommodation.  Physical demands include:  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Remaining standing for extended periods of time</li>\n <li>Bending, squatting, and lifting, up to 30 lbs., for short distances</li>\n <li>Ability to work with varying noise levels</li>\n <li>Frequent communication with Managers, Team Members and Guests. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.</li>\n</ul>",
