    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About us</span></p>\n<p>LTS is a leading pharmaceutical technology company that develops and manufactures innovative drug delivery systems for the pharmaceutical industry.</p>\n<p>LTS´ commercial offering encompasses more than 20 marketed products.</p>\n<p>LTS operates today from 5 sites: Netanya (Israel), Adrenarche (Germany), West Caldwell (NJ, USA), St. Paul (MN, USA), and Shanghai (China).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the role </span></p>\n<p>We are looking for an excellent System and Risk Engineer to join our team in Israel.</p>\n<p>The position is permanent, full time, hybrid.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute system integration activities and develop structured system-level testing to ensure design outputs meet design input requirements</li>\n<li>Serve as the product System Engineer and technical lead, defining product requirements and developing risk management plan</li>\n<li>Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with design control requirements throughout development</li>\n<li>Integrate risk management activities using structured methodologies (e.g. FMEA’s) across development, CAPA, non-conformances, and complaints</li>\n<li>Ensure accurate and compliant documentation in alignment with design control requirements</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Direct Manager: </span>System R&amp;D Director</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Education</span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">:</span></span> Sc. in Mechanical, Biomedical, or Electrical Engineering</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Job skills: </span></span></li>\n<li>At least 3 years of experience as a Technical/System Engineer – advantage</li>\n<li>Experience in risk management – advantage</li>\n<li>Experience working in a global company – advantage</li>\n<li>Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams (Quality, Regulatory, Hardware, Software, Operations, Supply Chain, Mechanics, etc.) and with external customers</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Computer skills: </span></span>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Language skills: </span></span>Fluent in English (written and spoken)</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Personality:</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>At LTS, we value collaboration, innovation, and accountability.</p>\n<p>We're looking for individuals who can:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Teamwork: Collaborate effectively, embracing diverse perspectives.</li>\n<li>Customer Focus: Exceed internal and external customer needs.</li>\n<li>Innovation: Create new opportunities with enthusiasm.</li>\n<li>Accountability: Take ownership of challenges, uphold standards.</li>\n<li>Leadership: Motivate and develop talents, achieving goals.</li>\n</ul>",
