We offer a great training program, a company culture that believes in second chance employment, and allows our employees to make an impact every day.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>LeafGuard Sales Representatives:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>• run pre-set warm leads, with no cold calling and no door to door knocking. • self-generate leads for extra commission.• <strong>High Earning Potential (commission):</strong> Most of our Sales Representatives earn avg $80,000-$120,000 in commission a year. • <strong>Paid Training:</strong> (3 weeks) We have a state-of-the-art sales training program where you graduate with a new skill set.• <strong>Pay Frequency:</strong> Weekly pay through direct deposit.•<strong> Benefits package:</strong> Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, Company Swag, and 401k!• <strong>Career Advancement:</strong> We pride ourselves on being a company that always promotes from within.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>• Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation.
