    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The <strong>Electrical Commissioning Specialist 3</strong> works as a team with Commissioning Engineers to support commissioning activities with minimal supervision, applying intermediate proficiency technical knowledge to assist in testing and validating systems. This intermediate level role contributes to project success by ensuring compliance with standards and procedures. This role is responsible for performing testing, startup, and commissioning of low and medium voltage electrical distribution equipment, including breakers, transformers, switches, switchgear, relays, and motor control centers, as well as other electrical apparatus both in the field and in a manufacturing environment. An understanding of sophisticated electrical distribution systems of complex electrical test equipment is required. You will contribute to a safe working environment for co-workers and customers and help ensure the overall success of projects.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and execute basic commissioning plans and procedures in collaboration with project teams and work with these teams to ensure systems meet performance standards.</li>\n <li>Execute and lead intermediate commissioning tasks, including conducting testing and validation of systems and equipment to include analyzing data and validating system functionality.</li>\n <li>Prepares and reviews intermediate level electrical sketches, CX plans, and data sheets, and performs some advanced electrical calculations as required during testing.</li>\n <li>Assists in review of supplier documentation for compliance with specifications</li>\n <li>Gather and document data during commissioning activities to support engineering analysis.</li>\n <li>Document and report commissioning results and findings to more senior Engineers and Project Managers.</li>\n <li>Perform troubleshooting and diagnosis of electrical systems to resolve issues encountered during commissioning activities.</li>\n <li>Follow safety guidelines and best practices in all commissioning activities.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with team members to ensure project objectives are met on schedule.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate records and documentation of commissioning activities.</li>\n <li>Provide technical support to project teams and stakeholders during commissioning activities.</li>\n <li>Assists more experienced Commissioning Specialists and Engineers with coordinating and reviewing electrical deliverables.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of high school diploma with 10+years of experience, or combination of equivalent experience and training supporting Commissioning activities in a technical role.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>We offer an excellent benefits package including:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A competitive salary</li>\n <li>Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance</li>\n <li>Paid time off</li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement</li>\n <li>401k Retirement Plan</li>\n <li>Military Reserve pay offset</li>\n <li>Paid maternity leave</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Exposure to computer screens for an extended period of time.</li>\n <li>Sitting for extended periods of time.</li>\n <li>Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction.</li>\n <li>Have finger dexterity in order to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms, for example, using a keyboard.</li>\n <li>Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.</li>\n <li>Communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.</li>\n <li>Read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.</li>\n <li>Apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.</li>\n <li>Identify and understand the speech of another person.</li>\n</ul>",
