This key role ensures smooth boarding processes, accurate passenger tracking, and top-notch customer service for our water tour guests.</p><hr><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Manage pier operations including staff setup, equipment checks, and signage.</p></li><li><p>Scan tickets and troubleshoot any issues.</p></li><li><p>Accurately track and report passenger attendance and daily scan reports.</p></li><li><p>Communicate with bus dispatch and management about schedule changes, delays, or closures.</p></li><li><p>Monitor passenger data through internal platforms and submit all required forms.</p></li><li><p>Ensure safety standards are met and incidents are properly documented.</p></li><li><p>Handle mooring tasks including catching lines and securing vessels.</p></li><li><p>Welcome guests, provide trip information, and promote tour upgrades.</p></li><li><p>Conduct dock inspections and maintain a clean, efficient boarding area.</p></li><li><p>Support a positive and professional environment for staff and guests.</p></li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Ability to commute to Pier 40.</p></li><li><p>Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.</p></li><li><p>Excellent customer service and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and stay organized under pressure.</p></li><li><p>Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays.</p></li><li><p>Sales experience or willingness to promote upgrades is a plus.</p></li></ul><hr><p><strong>Join us and help create memorable experiences on New York&#8217;s iconic waterways!</strong></p>",
