This role is ideal for someone who enjoys recruiting top talent, creating an exceptional onboarding experience, and partnering with leaders and team members across the organization.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, approachable, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. For full-time team members, we also offer comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision plans and employer-paid life insurance for added peace of mind. #TownCountrySD</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions</li>\n <li>Create job postings, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage hiring logistics</li>\n <li>Conduct onboarding and orientation for new team members</li>\n <li>Support team members and managers with HR-related questions and guidance</li>\n <li>Assist with employee relations, engagement initiatives, and recognition programs</li>\n <li>Partner with department leaders on staffing needs and workforce planning</li>\n <li>Support HR projects, training programs, compliance initiatives, and process improvements</li>\n <li>Maintain employee records and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with California labor laws, company policies, and hiring practices</li>\n <li>Translate and communicate HR information clearly in both English and Spanish</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bilingual in English and Spanish required</li>\n <li>2+ years of Human Resources experience preferred</li>\n <li>Recruiting and onboarding experience strongly preferred</li>\n <li>Hospitality or resort experience preferred but not required</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li>\n <li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Professional, approachable, and service-oriented demeanor</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Join Our Team?</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is an opportunity to be part of a collaborative HR team that values culture, service, professionalism, and growth.
