Description
Lucas Systems is currently seeking a Business Development Representative for our office in Bracknell, UK. Along with Sales & Marketing leadership, you will drive predictable, metrics-driven, inbound/outbound lead generation results in the UK & EMEA. We are looking for someone to be ‘hands-on’ engaging mid-level and senior executives in our target market to include account research and prospecting, inbound & outbound lead qualification. Lucas offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment, so the candidate must bring high energy, curiosity, a strong work ethic, and a sense of urgency to the position.
The role is hybrid in our Bracknell office - 3 days on site / 2 from home.
Responsibilities:
Utilise Apollo, our AI-powered sales intelligence and engagement platform ( www.apollo.io ) to meet performance goals for calls, emails, and appointments set. Collaborate with Sales leadership to align activities with the overall sales strategy. Develop & implement prospecting campaigns. Follow up on leads from marketing activities, including trade shows, web inquiries. Nurture prospects through the sales funnel using Salesforce CRM and Apollo. Participate in select sales calls to add value & grow your knowledge of the business. Attend trade shows and other industry events.
