Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this role is responsible for delivering clinical support, education and in-servicing to healthcare professionals (HCPs) across New South Wales.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This is a newly created opportunity, and we welcome applications from candidates seeking part-time arrangements.  While the role is remote, regular travel to hospitals and clinics across NSW will be required to support Territory Sales Managers. </span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide clinical support, organise, and provide regular education/inservice to nurses, registrars and other relevant Health Care Professionals (HCPs)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Pass on potential leads to the Regional Territory Sales Managers </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Organise and participate in trade shows and customer events.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, and providing data back to the team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide timely business reporting, activity, and results in the CRM.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Inventory management such as counting consignment/loan stock, rep stock and providing logistics support where necessary.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree in Business/Sciences and/or health science e.g. Nursing, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with working within the hospital environment - familiarity in an operating room is a plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong written and verbal communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong ability to maintain a high level of reporting, documentation, and organisation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with co-workers, customers and other stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proven ability to take accountability for the quality and timeliness of their work outputs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">High level of proactive problem-solving skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must be willing and able to travel as required (depending on territory but up to 50%).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">High level of experience working autonomously and within a small team environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must have a valid Passport, Full Driving License and Working with Children Check. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Why PolyNovo?</span></span></p>\n<p>Join a team that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
