We offer a full range of benefits including paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with 4% match, and a gainsharing program which includes monetary incentives based on weekly performance.&nbsp;</p><p>Position Summary:</p><p>We are looking for a Final Assembler who will report to the Assembly Supervisor. &nbsp;This position is tasked with supporting the production of aluminum fishing installing the interior components of the boat, which include modules, compartments, rod storage tubes, consoles, seats, etc.</p><p>The starting hourly pay rate for this position is $21.80.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, specifications, work instructions.</li><li>Align and fit structural assemblies manually to position assemblies for joining.</li><li>Explain assembly procedures or techniques to other workers.</li><li>Drill or tap holes in specified equipment locations to mount control units or to provide openings for elements, wiring, or instruments.</li><li>Perform visual inspections of finished products.</li><li>Examine workpieces for defects and measure workpieces with templates to ensure conformance with specifications.&nbsp;</li><li>Detect and escalate faulty operation of equipment, defective materials and production misses. &nbsp;</li><li>Conduct pre-shift inspections of equipment as assigned.&nbsp;</li><li>Operate overhead hoist while always following safety requirements and operating procedures. &nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Align and clamp workpieces or material together using hand tools, or position items in fixtures, jigs, or vises in preparation for securing together with screws or rivets.</li><li>Position and secure workpieces or material using overhead hoists, mechanical devices or manual manipulation.&nbsp;</li><li>Secure material together using rivet guns, pop rivets, drills and screws.&nbsp;</li><li>Install hoses, wiring harnesses, hydraulic systems, steering cables, electronic components, etc into dashboards and consoles.&nbsp;</li><li>Mark or tag material with proper identifiers.</li><li>Clean work area and maintain walkways free of litter and clutter, clean machines, sweep aluminum chips and other debris, keep personal effects stored appropriately. &nbsp;</li><li>Participate in daily morning meetings including stretching activities, assist with incident investigations, continuous improvement initiatives, and quality improvements. &nbsp;</li><li>Follow all internal processes and procedures including incident reporting, rework escalation, and stop-call-wait.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in training other employees on equipment and department procedures, engage in effective conversations with team members and leaders, escalate and discuss issues or potential issues to leads and supervisors.&nbsp;</li><li>Aid in other areas as needed.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>1 year of manufacturing experience which includes daily use of basic hand-held power tools.&nbsp;</li><li>Regular and reliable attendance.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to stand, kneel, crawl and work for several hours in various positions either on a concrete floor or within a boat.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to manually move product and materials through regular physical exertion, including but not limited to lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and bending.</li><li>Must work at a reasonable pace within our quality and production standards to completion of tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to prioritize job&rsquo;s and communicate necessary information to peers and supervisors.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience reading operating manuals, written programs, and written instructions.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to follow instructions and effectively execute procedures.</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing.<strong><br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Experience with quality systems in a customer driven manufacturing environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Courage and willingness to stop and question unsafe work.</li><li>Patience and practicality while working under pressure.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Why Join Us?</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Employee-centered culture&nbsp;that values your contributions.</li><li>Family-oriented atmosphere&nbsp;where work-life balance matters.</li><li>Fun and engaging workplace&nbsp;with supportive local leadership.</li><li>Competitive compensation and&nbsp;comprehensive benefits package.</li><li>Employee Boat Use Program&nbsp;</li><li>Employee Discount Program</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
