The ideal candidate will not only excel in project management but also actively engage in networking, mentoring junior staff, and driving initiatives that make a positive impact on the community and environment. Key responsibilities include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Overseeing the development of traffic engineering studies, including traffic impact studies, operational analysis, and safety evaluations.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Leading the development of TDM plans to optimize transportation systems and reduce congestion.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Actively participate in networking activities to strengthen client relationships and expand the firm’s presence in the industry.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Analyze transportation data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative transportation solutions.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Oversee project management tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and client communication.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry best practices.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure project success.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">4+ years of experience in traffic engineering, transportation planning, or a similar role.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Proficiency in traffic analysis tools (e.g., Synchro, VISSIM, HCS) and GIS software.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in mentoring and team development.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain one is preferred.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Benefits:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Our benefits reflect our inclusive values and are designed to ensure that all our people lead happy, healthy, and balanced lives.
