    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><br></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Summary&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The Site Technician supports equipment maintenance, yard operations, installations, and fleet readiness. This hands-on role is responsible for welding, mechanical repairs, engine troubleshooting, moving and organizing equipment, assisting with field installations, and conducting inspections of company fleet assets. This employee will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with hydraulic systems, and the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues in both shop and field environments.
