Here, you will make an impact by:</p><ul><li><p>Execute daily equity transaction processing, including vesting, exercises, and related activities.</p></li><li><p>Administer monthly employee stock purchase plan processes globally.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate quarterly dividend processing and ensure accurate recordkeeping.</p></li><li><p>Support stock administration activities, including granting and vesting events.</p></li><li><p>Perform ongoing maintenance of Fidelity’s equity administration system, such as employee data updates, transaction validation, and troubleshooting.</p></li><li><p>Manage escalations using Salesforce from global service centers, HR, or employees related to stock plans and equity administration.</p></li><li><p>Update and maintain stock plan communication materials, procedures, and reference documentation.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Your Skills and Expertise  </b><br />To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)</p></li><li><p>Five (5) years of experience in Human Resources, Finance and/or Accounting in a private, public, government or military environment</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:</p><ul><li><p>Two (2) years of global equity compensation experience</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Workday and Fidelity’s stock administration portal</p></li><li><p>Advanced Excel skills in data manipulation including pivot tables, V-lookups, advance-filters in order to perform audits, reconciliations, and complex calculations</p></li><li><p>Proven analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills</p></li><li><p>Detail oriented and ability to think critically</p></li><li><p>Project management, organization, and prioritization skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to grasp accounting, tax, finance, and legal concepts</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Work location: </b>This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN.</p><p><b>Travel: </b>May include up to 5% domestic/international</p><p><b>Relocation: </b>Not authorized</p><p></p><p><b>Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).</b></p></div><p></p><p><b>Supporting Your Well-being </b></p><p>3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
