This position combines full financial leadership with statutory responsibility for the legal entity, offering both strategic influence and hands-on operational oversight within a global organisation.</p><p>Based in Knoxville, you will lead all financial activities while acting as the legal representative of the entity, ensuring strong governance, compliance, and alignment with global standards.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Act as statutory legal representative of the NAM&#xa0;entity, ensuring full compliance with governance and regulatory frameworks.</p></li><li><p>Lead all financial management activities, including reporting, controls, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow oversight.</p></li><li><p>Deliver accurate financial reporting and performance insights, supporting both local and global stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Drive strong internal controls, risk management, and compliance across finance and operational activities.</p></li><li><p>Partner with global business units and leadership teams to support strategic and operational decision-making.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Governance &amp; Legal Entity Leadership:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Ensure compliance with Articles of Association, Delegation of Authority, and applicable U.S. legal requirements.</p></li><li><p>Support Board governance, including participation in meetings, preparation of materials, and execution of resolutions.</p></li><li><p>Maintain statutory records, corporate documentation, and authorised signatory frameworks.</p></li><li><p>Oversee corporate filings and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.</p></li><li><p>Promote strong governance standards aligned with Kanadevia Inova Group policies.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Financial Management &amp; Reporting:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including P&amp;L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.</p></li><li><p>Support IFRS reporting and group consolidation, including reconciliation with U.S. GAAP where required.</p></li><li><p>Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing analysis and actionable insights.</p></li><li><p>Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with global finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Audit, Risk &amp; Compliance:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Coordinate external audits and manage auditor relationships.</p></li><li><p>Maintain robust internal control frameworks and ensure policy compliance.</p></li><li><p>Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements.</p></li><li><p>Promote a culture of ethics, integrity, and accountability across the organisation.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Tax, Treasury &amp; Insurance:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Support corporate tax compliance and reporting activities.</p></li><li><p>Manage cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships.</p></li><li><p>Oversee treasury activities, including foreign exchange and financial risk mitigation.</p></li><li><p>Ensure appropriate insurance coverage aligned with group standards.</p></li><li><p>Monitor financial exposures and support risk management strategies.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Leadership &amp; Organisation:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead and develop finance and administrative functions.</p></li><li><p>Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment.</p></li><li><p>Align local operations with global strategy and objectives.</p></li><li><p>Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Build strong relationships across functions and international teams.</p></li></ul><p><strong>ERP &amp; Systems:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Support ERP implementation and system enhancements.</p></li><li><p>Align local systems with global reporting and compliance standards.</p></li><li><p>Improve data accuracy, reporting quality, and financial visibility.</p></li><li><p>Drive automation and process optimisation initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Partner with IT and global teams to support digital transformation.</p></li></ul>",
