With a provided curriculum and materials, you&rsquo;ll focus on making STEM learning accessible and exciting.\\n\\nIn this role, you will:\\n\\n\\n\\tFacilitate hands-on activities that engage students in STEM concepts, ensuring an interactive and immersive experience.\\n\\tManage groups of 10&ndash;12 campers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.\\n\\tDemonstrate strong classroom management skills to ensure a focused and engaging learning environment.\\n\\tCollaborate with team members to enhance the camp experience and address camper needs effectively.\\n\\tCommunicate with parents and guardians as needed, providing updates on student progress and camp activities.\\n\\n\\nQUALIFICATIONS:\\n\\n\\n\\tAt least 1&ndash;2 years of experience teaching, tutoring, or working in STEM-related programs, camps, or educational settings.\\n\\tExpertise in one or more of the following: robotics, engineering, game design, or maker-based projects.\\n\\tAbility to work with kids in Grades TK-8, providing a positive and enriching experience.\\n\\tAbility to resolve conflicts that may arise between campers quickly and effectively.\\n\\tAbility to foster the personal growth of all campers and ensure a fun, safe and welcome environment.\\n\\tPossess excellent communication skills, able to clearly and positively interact with both campers and their parents.\\n\\tStrong organizational skills\\n\\tMust possess a current, government issued photo identification, such as a valid driver&rsquo;s license or state ID, and have dependable transportation to travel to assigned program locations as needed.\\n\\tAbility to lift and carry 20&ndash;50 lbs. occasionally (with or without accommodations)\\n\\tMust be available Monday- Friday between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM\\n\\tAre willing and able to participate in Brains &amp;
