At Dynamic, we foster a rewarding workplace, investing in our employees with industry-leading training programs that pave the way for growth and advancement. \n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Project Manager is responsible for the project management, leadership, profitability and client management for a design team. Responsibilities include project management, financial performance, loss prevention, budgeting, workload and staff balancing, preparation of technical proposals, monitoring of project budgets, staff supervision and scheduling of key projects. </p>\n<p>The Project Manager will maintain presence and leadership throughout the regions where we do business through involvement in civic, professional and business organizations. This is a leadership position that also includes mentoring and developing staff. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Project Management in the areas of Land Development Plan Design, Stormwater Management Design, Water and Sanitary Sewer Design and Erosion and Sedimentation Control Design.</li>\n <li>Manage team assignments and balance workload in a deadline driven environment.</li>\n <li>Provide vision and guidance to the firm in the area of Project Management.</li>\n <li>Drive growth of the company’s business model and promote business development.</li>\n <li>Quality Control.</li>\n <li>Permitting of federal, state and local regulatory agencies.</li>\n <li>Provide technical assistance to staff and clients in resolving problems.</li>\n <li>Prepare presentations to various land use related boards and jurisdictional agencies.</li>\n <li>Building and managing client relationships, program and project management, promoting and selling strategic alliances.</li>\n <li>Prepare proposals.</li>\n <li>Guide, manage and support the delivery of projects and programs to ensure quality, and on-schedule and on-budget completion.</li>\n <li>Financial management of projects including accounts receivable.</li>\n <li>Lead projects through hands-on project management and actively manage the project plan, deliverables, dependencies and outcome of assigned projects to ensure projects are on-schedule and on budget.</li>\n <li>Client management and overall satisfaction.</li>\n <li>Mentor and develop staff. </li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.</li>\n <li>7+ years’ experience in Civil Site Engineering (residential, institutional, industrial, and/or commercial site design and permitting experience).</li>\n <li>Professional Engineer (PE) registration required.</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license.</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain and operate personal and/or company vehicle.</li>\n <li>Familiar with AutoCAD Civil 3D.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Truck and Turning & Modeling software.</li>\n <li>In depth knowledge of the planning and zoning processes.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Hydrologic and Hydraulic Stormwater Design.</li>\n <li>Proficient in design and drafting capabilities.</li>\n <li>Proficient grading and drainage design skills.</li>\n <li>Utility design experience including pump station and force mains.</li>\n <li>Experience dealing with regulatory agencies and review professionals.</li>\n <li>Proficient in the use of available mapping websites for due diligence and site investigation purposes.</li>\n <li>Construction oversight experience for site work.</li>\n <li>Proficient in the use of the following design tools for site engineering:\n  <ul>\n   <li>AutoCAD Civil3D</li>\n   <li>Hydrology Software i.e. Hydraflow, HydroCAD, PondPack</li>\n   <li>Hydraulic Software i.e. Hydraflow, StormCAD, Storm and Sanitary Analysis (SSA)</li>\n   <li>HEC-RAS</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Proficient in the use of Microsoft Software including Word, Excel, Outlook and Project.</li>\n <li>Proficient in the use of Bluebeam Revu and/or Adobe to prepare design document markups.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.</li>\n <li>Independent and critical thinking abilities.</li>\n <li>Superior organizational and delegation ability.</li>\n <li>Ability to work and lead in a team-oriented environment with a focus on staff development and mentoring.</li>\n <li>Client management experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>We strive to provide a great company culture consisting of a variety of team building events: trivia nights, softball and volleyball leagues, mini golf tournaments, BBQ’s, happy hours, poker nights, catered weekly staff meetings, surfboard lending programs, and much more.
