    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION</strong></p><p>As a Cart and Range Attendant you will be an ambassador for FGCC by providing excellent guest service. Responsible for providing cart and range services and maintain golf carts for the golf course in an efficient manner that allows members and guests to enjoy themselves. We will achieve this through close attention to detail, prior preparation, and great customer/guest service in line with FGCC Hospitality Standards.</p><p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Provide excellent customer service to all guests.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Bring carts to the staging area and park in the proper, orderly fashion.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Check with the cart mechanic about any mechanical problems.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Spot-check the tires to ensure proper inflation.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Check the appearance of the outside grounds and always help in keeping facility clean.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>When returning carts to the barn, all trash must be removed from the trays, floorboards and bag compartments.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Carts are to be washed and free from dirt including the floorboards, trays, tires, bag areas, seats, and front and sides of carts.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Range balls are to be picked up, cleaned and the damaged (inferior) balls discarded. &nbsp;Then place back into the dispenser.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>The range picker parked, after use, in its assigned place.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>All trash around the Pro Shop, cart shed, gas tank, parking lot, range tee and any other debris picked up and put in proper place. &nbsp;Bag stands, range baskets, and loose range balls returned to proper place.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>All carts accounted for.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Gas tank secured after gassing carts.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>May be required to perform some starter/ranger duties after the starter/rangers leave for the day.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Clean grass out of all shoe cleaners around clubhouse every day.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>High School Diploma or GED</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Knowledge of golf etiquette and rules. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES</strong></p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.</p><p><strong>REQUIRED LICENSES AND/OR CERTIFICATES</strong></p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>N/A</p><p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Prolonged periods of walking and standing for extended periods of time.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time (more with assistance)</p><p><strong>HOSPITALITY EXPERIENCE</strong></p><p>Our goal is to provide excellent guest service to our members, guests, team members and vendors at all times. &nbsp;Team members are expected to follow company established Hospitality Standards when dealing with others. &nbsp;Everyone should feel welcome, have a positive and entertaining experience, and be encouraged to return.</p><p><br></p></div>\n",
