    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Millwork Installer</strong></p><p><strong>POSITION OVERVIEW:</strong></p><p>As a Millwork Installer, you will be responsible for installing custom millwork projects at various locations nationwide. This role requires a high level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or within a team to deliver exceptional results. The Installer position will utilize their extensive knowledge and skill set related to commercial finish carpentry to facilitate the various aspects of our millwork installation processes. While other ancillary tasks are involved (cleaning, loading/unloading, etc.), this role is primarily concerned with the safe, efficient and accurate/quality cutting, shaping, modification, and installation of high-end millwork products at customer sites. To ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction, the Installer will also verify all work is completed to specification and is expected to regularly and professionally communicate the status of jobs (including issues, requests, etc.) with concerned stakeholders.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (include but are not limited to)&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&bull; Utilize an array of hand tools to cut/shape/modify and install finished wood/millwork products, verifying dimensions are to specification&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Communicate the status of jobs, customer issues/requests, and other pertinent information to Manager/Company Management&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Effectively communicate Company policies/practices (change order process, etc.) while ensuring a positive experience for the customer&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Load/unload finished products and raw materials/tools from Company or third-party trucks at job sites and help to stage items for installation&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Inspect finished goods for deficiencies and review job sites for issues&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Work safely &amp; ensure coworkers are doing the same, per Company policy&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Consistently project a professional image on behalf of the Company and courteously/helpfully interact with clients&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Thoroughly clean work areas of assigned jobs at the end of each day&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Maintain current knowledge of the finish carpentry field&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Other duties as assigned by Manager/Company Management&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES (include but are not limited to)&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&bull; The ability to read and interpret site/architecture/engineering schematics&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Proficiency with computers, smart phones, and tablets&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Extensive knowledge of and the ability to efficiently and safely utilize finish carpentry tools, materials, and techniques&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Professionalism and the ability to effectively interact with customers&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (include but are not limited to)&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&bull; The ability to stay seated in a Company truck, airplane, or other transportation medium for extended periods of time traveling to job sites&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Heavy lifting of products/materials/tools, both loading and unloading trucks&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; The ability to safely and effectively use an array of finish carpentry tools related to the installation and maintenance of our millwork product lines&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&bull; 3+ years of experience as a commercial millwork installer with a demonstrated record of efficiency and high-quality craftsmanship&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Basic math and mechanical skills&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a good driving record&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; The ability to safely &amp; efficiently lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; A demonstrated track record of successful customer service interactions&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; The ability/willingness to spend extended periods traveling/on the road</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
