Role Overview
As an Enterprise Account Executive – Land , you are responsible for acquiring new enterprise customers and driving net new ARR.
This role is fully focused on the Land motion: prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new logos. Once a customer is closed and stabilized, the account is formally transitioned to the Account Manager (Expand) team.
This role carries full quota ownership with base salary and variable compensation.
What You'll Do
Own the full sales cycle for new enterprise logos.
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual net new ARR targets.
Develop and execute account-based and vertical sales strategies.
Identify and prioritize enterprise accounts aligned with Vozy’s ICP.
Lead complex, consultative sales processes with senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to structure competitive proposals.
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM.
Ensure clean handoff to the Expand team post-close.
Provide structured market and customer feedback.
Comply with information security and compliance policies.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales.
Proven track record of closing new business.
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent professional communication skills in English.
Analytical mindset and forecasting discipline.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Ideally based in Medellín, Colombia.
