Care.com is a consumer tech company with heart. We’re on a mission to solve a human challenge we all face: finding great care for the ones we love. We’re moms and dads and pet parents. We have parents and grandparents, so we understand that everyone, at some point in their lives, could use a helping hand. Our culture and our products reflect that. As Manager of Enterprise Analytics, your goal is to unlock insights that drive the business—supporting strategic decision-making, performance management, and experimentation across our platform marketplace. This role is responsible for analyzing customer behavior, marketplace dynamics, and operational performance to provide visibility and optimize key business initiatives. This role partners closely with business and technical leadership across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data Science to ensure high-quality data is leveraged effectively. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, analytical rigor, and hands-on experience using AI tools and workflows to accelerate insights and decision-making.
