Join more than 1,100 surgical organizations that trust nimble solutions and its advisors to bring deep insights and actionable intelligence to maximize their revenue cycle.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Reviewing system notes.</li><li>Reviewing the claims in depth to understand the current state</li><li>Use the payment calculator to obtain the expected reimbursement</li><li>Take necessary steps like re-billing, taking adjustments, moving to the patient responsibility bucket, sending medical records to payers, or dropping claims to paper</li><li>After analysis, if an account needs a calling effort, then a clear note is to be placed in Excel or the work assignment tool with a proper action code for the AR calling team to work</li><li>Providing information to expedite claim processing</li><li>Attaching appropriate documentation (i.e., OP note, invoice, etc.)&nbsp;</li><li>Reviewing claims to ensure fields are complete and accurate</li><li>Maintaining daily record of activities</li><li>Using AR assignment through Excel or System to manage the daily accounts to be worked</li><li>Prioritizing accounts based on high dollar amount and days in AR (some time based on escalation specified accounts would be given to work)</li></ul><h3><br></h3>",
