Johanna Foods is also a leading private label and co-pack juice and yogurt producer, manufacturing products for numerous leading retailers and brands.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Job Summary</u></strong><strong>:</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p>Service, maintain and repair the Johanna Foods, Inc. food manufacturing plant complex including refrigeration, boiler and water systems, fire sprinkler, air compressor, vacuum and electrical systems.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Johanna Foods Compensation</u></strong><strong>:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Compensation $26.00- $39.00/hour, based on skills, experience, qualifications and testing</li>\n <li>Premium healthcare benefits, including medical, dental and vision coverage</li>\n <li>Retirement savings account</li>\n <li>Company paid life insurance, vacation, holidays and sick days</li>\n <li>Full-time, 40-hour work week plus overtime opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Observe all equipment and machinery to assess problems and malfunctions.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot/analyze problems and malfunctions to insure proper operation.</li>\n <li>Perform routine tests for operation of boiler, cooling waters and fire systems.</li>\n <li>Perform scheduled and emergency repairs on all equipment and building structures (i.e. pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic electrical plumbing )</li>\n <li>Read and complete work orders, paperwork, specification books, schematics and manuals.</li>\n <li>Adhere to all company established safety standards and company policies and procedures, as well as state laws including TCPA concerning boiler and refrigeration operations.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with applicable quality system standards and the unit’s food safety and security programs in support of essential manufacturing strategies and practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Previous experience as a maintenance mechanic in a food processing/packaging facility; and/or in a general plant</li>\n <li>Prefer Black Seal Boiler License and/or Blue Seal Refrigeration License. Otherwise, must be willing to obtain licenses.  Will provide training.</li>\n <li>Somewhat complex mathematical calculation skills.</li>\n <li>Strong record-keeping skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform manual work and have mechanical skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work equally well with others as well as alone.</li>\n</ul>",
