Works collaboratively with engineers, designers, and technicians to produce accurate, standards-compliant documentation that supports manufacturing, installation, and customer deliverables. This role is evolving to support digital design integration, data consistency, and automation-driven workflows.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><li>Create and modify electrical schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams using AutoCAD Electrical</li><li>Maintain drawing accuracy, revision control, and adherence to standards</li><li>Collaborate with engineers and technicians for design clarity</li><li>Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement</li><li>Support standardized templates and design automation tools</li><li>Assist with panel shop assembly and field verification</li><li>Improve workflows through automation and process optimization</li><li>Maintain organized documentation and version control</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ol><p><strong>Required Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>- High school diploma or GED<br>&nbsp;- Associate or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience<br>&nbsp;- Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical or similar software<br>&nbsp;- Ability to interpret electrical schematics<br>&nbsp;- Microsoft Office proficiency<br>&nbsp;- Strong attention to detail<br>&nbsp;- Ability to manage multiple tasks<br>&nbsp;- Strong communication and teamwork skills<br>&nbsp;- Basic understanding of automation systems</p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><p>- Knowledge of NEC, UL, NFPA standards<br>&nbsp;- Experience with PLC systems and automation<br>&nbsp;- Experience with CAD customization and standardization<br>&nbsp;- Understanding of industrial networks and panel layouts<br>&nbsp;- Experience with fabrication or installation support<br>&nbsp;- Knowledge of revision control best practices<br>&nbsp;- Exposure to design automation tools/macros</p><p><strong>Physical Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>- Ability to sit for extended periods<br>&nbsp;- Occasional shop environment activity</p></div>\n",
