    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.23.14/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"></div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Are you an experienced and optimistic financial leader who thrives on coaching and developing employees to exceed Member service and sales goals in a credit union or bank?&nbsp;</strong></p><p>We&rsquo;d like to welcome an <strong>Assistant Branch Manager&nbsp;</strong>responsible for providing an exceptional Member service experience by assisting the Vice President/Branch Manager in delivering the vision, leadership, knowledge and support necessary to branch associates.</p><p><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>With a sense of urgency and purpose, the Assistant Branch Manager assists the Vice President/Branch Manager with providing vision and leadership to branch associates and ensures the branch is exceeding Member expectations by empowering associates and maintaining a work environment which instills motivation, teamwork, and enterprising attitudes.&nbsp;This individual is dedicated to meeting our Member&rsquo;s financial needs; meeting individual and Credit Union specific goals.&nbsp;This position is expected to step in as the branch leader in the absence of the Vice President/Branch Manager.</p><p>The person assuming the role of an Assistant Branch Manager must have ability to directly and indirectly supervise a branch team of any size and complexity.</p><p><strong>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES</strong></p><ul><li>High&nbsp;school&nbsp;diploma&nbsp;or&nbsp;equivalent.</li><li>College degree or equivalent work experience in the financial service industry preferred.</li><li>Minimum of five&nbsp;years of progressively&nbsp;responsible&nbsp;experience&nbsp;in&nbsp;supervision and/or management within a financial institution with mastery level knowledge of branch depository and loan operations; sound knowledge of methods and principles of financial services practices and standards including product offerings with an emphasis on superior Member service expectations.</li><li>Must have strong Member relationship building skills, ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.</li><li>Must have the ability to be productive, multitasked, results oriented, and with good computer aptitude.</li><li>Thorough understanding of physical security, controls, standards and practices for cash/negotiable items/keys in the financial services industry.</li><li>Previous experience and ability to train developing Member Service and Financial Service representatives in sound practices of their related job duties and responsibilities.</li><li>Experience with writing and conducting employee performance evaluations and disciplinary actions, as well preparing employee skill assessments, performing skill observations and conducting employee coaching sessions.</li></ul><p><strong data-pasted=\"true\">For a full list of the job responsibilities, see the attached Job Description.</strong></p><div><div class=\"fr-view\"><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>BENEFITS &amp; TOTAL REWARDS</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision 100% employee-only plans paid by LBS</li><li>12 Paid Holidays, 3 weeks PTO, and Sick Time</li><li>Defined Benefit Pension Plan&nbsp;</li><li>401(k) and Roth(k) Retirement Plans</li><li>Insurance: Life, AD&amp;D, LTD</li><li>Critical Illness, Accident Insurance, and Hospital Indemnity</li><li>Educational Reimbursement</li><li>Paid Volunteer hours</li><li>Loan discounts and free branch services</li><li>Discount entertainment: movie tickets, travel, car rentals, and much more</li></ul><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>PAY RANGE</strong></p><p>In accordance with California&rsquo;s Pay Transparency Act, the expected salary range for this position is between:&nbsp;</p><p>$34.04 - $42.55</p><p>Actual pay will be determined based on a candidate&rsquo;s specific qualifications, including their knowledge, skills, education and experience, internal equity consideration, as well as other job-related factors permitted by law.</p><p><strong>Note:</strong> As part of our screening process, LBS Financial conducts background investigations on candidates who are extended an offer and who agree and authorize us to do so.
