What do you get to do in this position? Providing technical support for iCIMS to end users as related to troubleshooting and using applications; performs system audits and work with Global team’s project management on new implementations. Partner with business stakeholders and data governance to identify where data quality gaps impact analysis and recommend prioritization. Collaborate with developers and data owners to drive creation of data integration and storage solutions as well as analyze tradeoffs between usability, best practices, and performance needs. Work with third party data providers to analyze and integrate offerings. Works collaboratively with application to develop and maintain interfaces and data exchange programs between applications. Performs business analysis with stakeholders and management to determine goals and objectives and develop requirement Working collaboratively with staff to diagnosis system issues and recommend solutions Performs end user training and provides end users with training documents and/or resources Oversees the implementation of approved applications. Coordinating testing of the applications to ensure proper performance Performs system administration and performs system configuration. Develops custom queries, scripts, and reports; keeps up to date on changes and patches of applications and the potential impact of those updates; maintains required system documentation. Proficient in developing iCIMS (ATS system) code to integrate with other HR Systems. Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in engineering, information systems, information technology or computer sciences, or equivalent experience.
