    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are looking for a Lexus Delivery Specialist that can thrive in a demanding and fast-paced environment to deliver new and Lexus Certified vehicles to our guests after their purchase and explain all the incredible functions and features to make sure our guests get the most out of their vehicle. </p>\n<p>This is a full-time position and does require weekend and evening coverage because we make ourselves available to when our guests are available.  Our team gets to work with an amazing sales team and by working for Longo, you can be sure that you will be surrounded only by the very best.</p>\n<p>The Lexus Delivery Specialist has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Rate of $20.00. </p>\n<p>*This position is 100% on site at Longo Lexus in El Monte, CA.</p>\n<p><strong>Perks of working with us:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Weekly Pay - get paid every Friday.</li>\n <li>401k with a generous Company match </li>\n <li>Vacation (accruals earned on Full Time or Part Time status)</li>\n <li>Vision, dental, and medical care benefits available to any team <strong>full time</strong> team member</li>\n <li>Team member Referral Bonus Program</li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement </li>\n <li>Discounts with Corporate Partners like GE, Dell, Oakley, Yeti, Ray Ban, and many more….</li>\n <li>Development and growth opportunities</li>\n <li>Free Employee Parking</li>\n <li>On-site gym, free of charge to team members</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Inspect vehicles to detect damage and confirm the presence of accessories listed on the invoice.</li>\n <li>Ensures vehicle serial numbers match those on the delivery paperwork.</li>\n <li>Completes delivery paperwork/electronic transaction in a timely manner as defined by dealership.</li>\n <li>Arrives on time to scheduled appointments and maintains constant communication with the designated sales personnel on each vehicle delivery reporting back on any issues, concerns, or schedule changes.</li>\n <li>Stays current with all product knowledge, especially with regard to new features, accessories and the benefits and convenience for our guests.</li>\n <li>Introduces guests to dealership operations, including the service and parts departments, to emphasize to guests the quality and efficiency of the dealerships service operations.</li>\n <li>Maintain and achieves the sales and guest satisfaction objectives set by management.</li>\n <li>Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.</li>\n <li>Maintain high ethical standards in all actions. </li>\n <li>Maintain professional appearance at all times.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A high school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>A minimum of one (1) year customer service experience in the automobile or technology industries, preferred.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of vehicle leasing principles; basic mathematical concepts (such as add, subtract, divide, multiply, and percentages); equity values and depreciation; and laws that govern retail automotive sales.</li>\n <li>Ability to coordinates activities with other employees (team player); read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language; learn and understand the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail auto sales; use good judgment in challenging situations; pay attention to detail; follow-up with guests and employees; work well with the public; communicate in a professional manner on the phone, internet and in person; use standard office equipment.</li>\n <li>Must have a valid California driver’s license and maintain an acceptable and safe driving record.</li>\n</ul>\n<h1>Physical Demands</h1>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
