    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>DRE – Interior core & quality (Cockpit)</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure <strong>design robustness</strong> for all interior components throughout the development cycle. </li>\n <li>Conduct <strong>design reviews</strong> in collaboration with Global and Technical Centre teams. </li>\n <li>Manage <strong>packaging, manufacturing, and assembly feasibility studies</strong> for interior components. </li>\n <li>Review and approve <strong>Technical Data Sheets</strong> and <strong>DVP&R</strong> for interior components. </li>\n <li>Validate and approve <strong>DFMEA</strong> and <strong>DVP&R</strong>, ensuring alignment with suppliers and cross-functional teams. </li>\n <li>Oversee <strong>CAD data finalization</strong> prior to STEP releases and TKO, ensuring compliance with specifications. </li>\n <li>Collect and integrate <strong>proactive quality documents</strong> (QIU, QFS, Lessons Learned) to address quality aspects during the concept phase. </li>\n <li>Develop and maintain <strong>Design Scorecards</strong> for each program milestone. </li>\n <li>Capture and publish <strong>Lessons Learned</strong>, updating relevant design practices and interior standards. </li>\n <li>Create <strong>harmonized documentation</strong> (Design Practices, DFMEA, DVP&R) for interior components.</li>\n <li>Analyze <strong>launch and field issues</strong>, performing root cause analysis using tools such as <strong>3L, 5-Why, and Fishbone diagrams</strong>.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>B.E./B. Tech or M.E/ M. Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Production and Industrial Engineering</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Essential skills</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li> 3 to 8 years of Product Design & development experience in automotive Components: Cockpit, Seats</li>\n   <li> Working experience in Component & System level designing.</li>\n   <li> Good Knowledge  in UG or CATIA modeling, Surfacing and Ennovia.</li>\n   <li>Good Knowledge in Manufacturing & Assembly feasibility study.</li>\n   <li>Work experience with International Tier 1 and OEMS.</li>\n   <li>Knowledge in Injection molding process.</li>\n   <li>Good presentation and communication skills.</li>\n   <li>Expertise in UG & Team center is mandatory.</li>\n   <li>Knowledge in MS-Office or Google G-Suite</li>\n   <li>Knowledge in CATIA and Enovia is an additional requirement</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Desired skills</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Project management and leadership skills</li>\n <li>Good knowledge on manufacturing plastic components & process</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Experience</h2>\n<p> 3 to 8 years</p>",
