And we will be better with you.</p><p>We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join a team focused on shaping the future of sweet flavors and beverage solutions across North America. &nbsp;This key leadership role will oversee the comprehensive product strategy, encompassing market and segment analysis, competitive insights, pricing strategies, go-to-market planning, and product differentiation. Working cross-functionally, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving Sensient’s success roadmap. &nbsp;This role is based onsite in Hoffman Estates, Illinois</p><p>What you’ll do<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Define strategies and implement product portfolio tactics to drive growth and strengthen market position.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide thought partnership in all aspects of portfolio management.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop deep product knowledge, new product portfolio introduction and optimization, and support S&amp;OP processes.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Work with leadership to set targets, guide pricing strategies, and collaborate with Finance and Operations to streamline processes.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Lead portfolio management, function as the product expert, and collaborate with Sales, Innovation, Marketing, and R&amp;D to enhance products and drive customer&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;satisfaction.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitor market and competitive landscape, track portfolio performance, and identify strengths and gaps in products and processes.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assess new product potential, analyze post-launch performance, and refine strategies based on market feedback.</p><p>What you’ll bring<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;7+ years of experience in a technical product management role, preferably within the food, flavor, or beverage industry, with a bachelor’s degree in food science or &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;engineering (MBA preferred).<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong ability to assess business opportunities, prioritize projects, and navigate ambiguity with strategic decision-making. &nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to interpret market trends and translate insights into actionable business strategies.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Confidence working cross-functionally in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong analytical thinking and comfort discussing technical product information.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Effective communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.</p><p>What you’ll get<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;An opportunity to make a direct impact on business growth for one of the largest and most complex business within a global organization.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;An excellent salary, benefit offering, and development opportunities.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Opportunity to collaborate onsite with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Hands-on onboarding and training designed to support long-term success.</p><p>About Sensient</p><p>Sensient Technologies Corporation is a leading global manufacturer and marketer of colors, flavors, and extracts.
