Our facilities support high quality product manufacturing, and we provide a timely and flexible approach to meeting the needs of our customers.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>We are actively seeking Facility Maintenance Apprentice to join our Facility Maintenance Department on 3rd Shift (core schedule, Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 pm to 6:30 am).</p>\r\n\r\n<p>1. <strong>Role</strong>: Learn and develop practical skills in an effort to support production in meeting daily requirements by maintaining Facility, HVAC, Electrical, Water, Grounds and the overall building.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>2. <strong>Responsibilities</strong>: Support preventative maintenance inspections, equipment repairs and improvements, work area organization, spare parts tracking, emergency breakdown response, work order completion, program backups, safety/PPE, acquire training as needed, maintain proper documentation.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>3. <strong>Job Description</strong>:</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>SAFETY</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Follow all JIC safety policies and procedures to include proper use of PPE, lockout/tagout and proper use of all power tools and machine shop equipment.</li>\r\n\t<li>Daily 5S organization of work areas.&nbsp; This means to tour your assigned work areas and facility for all electrical cabinets are secured, no maintenance items are sitting out and not put away, and general COP activities.&nbsp; This includes the area around where your toolbox is located.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<strong>COST</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Support meeting overtime and budget goals.</li>\r\n\t<li>Actively support cost reduction activities as directed by supervision</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<strong>DELIVERY</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Assigned equipment may include but is not limited to Exhaust Fans, Make-Up Air units, HVAC systems, Boiler, Chillers, Water systems, Lighting, Plant Electrical systems, Overhead Doors, Dock Locks &amp; Levelers, Kitchen Equipment, etc.</li>\r\n\t<li>Support PM Inspections, make necessary repairs during PM inspection and follow up with equipment operation to verify repairs are correct.</li>\r\n\t<li>Support equipment repairs and improvements that are identified from PM inspections and/or equipment breakdowns to achieve zero impact to production.</li>\r\n\t<li>Provide support to other departments as needed</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; MANAGEMENT</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Verify MRO has appropriate spare parts for daily operation</li>\r\n\t<li>Initiate needed training to maintain skills and knowledge to complete assigned tasks</li>\r\n\t<li>Support Environmental requirements which may include ISO14001 rules, government regulations, etc.</li>\r\n\t<li>Support maintenance of all needed documentation and record keeping which may include Plex, Insurance requirements, government regulations, OSHA, etc.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Program Schedule</strong>: Associate can be in this position for a maximum of 2 years.&nbsp;
