      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Bachelor's Degree (B.S. or B.A.) from a four-year college or university (ABET Accredited).</li>\n<li>7+ years of related experience and/or training.</li>\n<li>Experience working on Fire Protection projects in New York City is preferred.</li>\n<li>Professional Engineer (PE) registration is preferred.</li>\n<li>Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business and technical documents.</li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex ideas through writing and presentations while motivating teams and negotiating with stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes.</li>\n<li>Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to interpret complex information and evaluate multiple solutions in dynamic situations.</li>\n\n</div>"
