Job Purpose: The Project Head is responsible for driving the financial performance and sustainable growth of the water business by implementing strategic initiatives, optimizing revenue, and managing costs. Empower and support the business development team through strong client relationships and stakeholder engagement. Collaborate with the business development team to leverage these relationships for business growth, while focusing on the successful execution of projects. 2. Project Management: Lead project teams to ensure timely completion of projects within the defined cost and quality & Safety parameters. Monitor progress, address challenges, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Uphold and enforce the highest standards of quality across all projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the business from potential threats. Establish controls and processes to monitor and manage risks effectively. Ensure that all statutory and regulatory requirements are met and exceeded. Implement governance practices that uphold the integrity and ethical standards of the organization. 3. Organizational Building: Develop and implement strategies to build a capable and agile organization that can effectively deliver on business targets.
