Design work is monitored and reviewed by a senior level engineer.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Primary Job Responsibilities</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work in a team environment to analyze requirements from the customer and develop design solutions</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support on-site or remote factory production</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Complete 3D design of parts and assemblies, and create 2D part and assembly drawings using CAD software (SolidWorks/Inventor preferred)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participates as a drawing checker to ensure items are detailed correctly</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participates in engineering review meetings</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Communicates with suppliers/vendors as required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Builds and analyzes prototypes</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct laboratory testing of products to ensure compliance with customer requirements and regulatory standards</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Create Operation &amp; Maintenance Manual and/or Installation Instructions for Products</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering; 2-5 years&rsquo; experience a plus</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficiency in using solid modeling CAD software (experience with Inventor/SolidWorks a plus)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficient with MS office Products</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced<s>&nbsp;</s>production environment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent oral and written communication skills</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Who are we</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Raycap, Inc. creates products that protect and support the world&rsquo;s most valuable assets.
