          "text": "<p><u><strong>What You Get To Do:</strong></u></p><p>The<strong>&#xa0;Indiana</strong>&#xa0;<strong>Senior Director</strong>&#xa0;is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to a team of up to six direct reports in&#xa0;Indiana.&#xa0; This role is responsible for the overall administration and growth of the Dungarvin business and services within their prospective area.&#xa0; The&#xa0;<strong>Senior Director</strong>&#xa0;is responsible for nurturing and developing relationships with potential and existing business partners including local, state, and federal legislative and department representatives, advocacy groups, trade associations, and other stakeholders as warranted.</p><p>Duties include:</p><ul><li>Strategic program and fiscal planning/management</li><li>Development and evaluation of programs&#xa0;</li><li>Compliance with business and program regulations and laws</li><li>Assure quality of services meet regulatory and licensing requirements</li><li>Management and expansion of markets</li><li>Hire, coach/mentor, train, and supervise&#xa0;direct reports</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><u><strong>What Makes You A Great Fit:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in human services field (Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Educational Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, etc.). Preference to master’s degree.</li><li>Minimum of 7-8 years human services industry experience, specific to Developmentally Disabled/Intellectual Disabilities&#xa0;populations. Combined with&#xa0;5 years of progressive senior level management experience.</li><li>Experience with Supportive Living, Waivered Sites,&#xa0;Residential Group Homes, and/or Day Programs</li><li>Must have financial management skills and budget experience in excess of 10 million dollars as well as be personally accountable for the P&amp;L</li><li>Prefer previous experience with the state of&#xa0;Indiana systems and Medicaid Waivers.</li></ul>",
