    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Streaming Manager (Live Studio)</span></p>\n<p>We are looking for a Streaming Manager responsible for the technical quality and stability of all live casino broadcasts.<br>The role oversees cameras, lighting, audio, streaming hardware, and studio technical setup to ensure uninterrupted 24/7 operations and a consistent, high-quality player experience.</p>\n<p>The Streaming Manager owns the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">visual quality of the game stream</span>.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Live Broadcast Operations</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure continuous and stable live streaming of all casino tables</li>\n<li>Monitor stream quality</li>\n<li>Detect and resolve live technical issues in real time</li>\n<li>Coordinate incident response during live sessions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Picture Quality &amp; Visual Standards</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own the overall <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">image quality of live tables</span></li>\n<li>Control sharpness, exposure, contrast, and color accuracy</li>\n<li>Calibrate cameras and lighting to avoid blur, noise, and artifacts</li>\n<li>Prevent glare, reflections, shadows, and overexposure</li>\n<li>Maintain consistent visual appearance across all tables</li>\n<li>Optimize stream clarity under different shift and environment conditions</li>\n<li>Work with providers’ visual certification requirements</li>\n<li>Perform regular visual quality audits and adjustments</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cameras &amp; Video Systems</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Configure and maintain professional camera systems</li>\n<li>Adjust framing, focus, exposure, and white balance per table setup</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot signal loss, flickering, overheating, and sync problems</li>\n<li>Work with multi-camera environments</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Lighting &amp; Studio Environment</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Configure studio lighting for optimal card readability and player visibility</li>\n<li>Adjust lighting temperature, intensity, and shadows</li>\n<li>Maintain visual consistency across tables</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Streaming Hardware &amp; Software</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate and maintain encoders (hardware/software)</li>\n<li>Manage streaming servers and failover sources</li>\n<li>Maintain audio/video sync and encoding profiles</li>\n<li>Optimize network usage and bandwidth</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Infrastructure</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with Corporate IT on networking and VLANs</li>\n<li>Monitor switches, cabling, and signal paths</li>\n<li>Work with NDI/SDI/HDMI/IP video systems</li>\n<li>Maintain equipment inventory and spare parts</li>\n<li>Participate in new table setup and studio expansion</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preventive Maintenance &amp; Documentation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create setup standards for tables</li>\n<li>Perform routine equipment checks</li>\n<li>Maintain technical documentation</li>\n<li>Train technical operators and shift technicians</li>\n<li>Analyze incidents and prevent recurrence</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to Have<br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3–5+ years of experience in</li>\n<li>Live streaming or live broadcast production</li>\n<li>Studio operations</li>\n<li>English language knowledge (B2 and higher)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>",
