This role will drive digital marketing for Gibson Garage Miami while supporting the broader Gibson brand narrative. Success is measured equally by retail growth and brand engagement.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Functions</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Social Media Strategy &amp; Execution</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement social media strategies for Gibson Garage Miami across primary platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).</li><li>Align local content with Gibson HQ&rsquo;s global social ecosystem to maintain brand consistency.</li></ul><p><strong>Content Creation &amp; Storytelling</strong></p><ul><li>Produce compelling photo, video, and copy that tells a story and drives engagement.</li><li>Capture live events, behind-the-scenes moments, and retail activations.</li></ul><p><strong>Event &amp; Activation Support</strong></p><ul><li>Help organize and promote consumer and corporate events.</li><li>Partner with Gibson Artist Relations to advocate for artist visits, organize activations, and create artist-driven content.</li></ul><p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li>Interface with HQ Brand Design for graphics packages (digital, retail POP, etc.).</li><li>Work closely with marketing and retail teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.</li></ul><p><strong>CRM &amp; Performance Marketing</strong></p><ul><li>Support efforts to grow email signups and integrate CRM initiatives into social campaigns.</li><li>Deliver performance-marketing-ready assets for paid campaigns.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Retail Marketing Support</strong></p><ul><li>Help concept and execute in-store activations and promotions to drive traffic and engagement.</li><li>Assist with non-social marketing activities that contribute to overall business growth.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Required Skills/Abilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bilingual: English/Spanish (preferred but not required)&nbsp;</li><li>Proven experience in social media management and digital content marketing.</li><li>Strong skills in video production, photography, and copywriting.</li><li>Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and analytics tools.</li><li>Ability to work within a larger brand ecosystem while driving local initiatives.</li><li>Passion for music, culture, and storytelling.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Education and Experience</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>B.S in Marketing or equivalent degree or related work experience</li><li>3+ years of experience with content creation, social platform engagement and campaign execution&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Knowledge</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.</li><li>Project management skills combined with ability to work as part of a team</li><li>Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, and emerging platforms</li><li>Knowledge of platform best practices, trends, and algorithm basics</li><li>Basic photo/video editing (CapCut, etc.)</li><li>Ability to shoot quick social-first content on mobile &nbsp;</li><li>Excellent copywriting skills with clean grammar and strong attention to tone/voice</li><li>Ability to write engaging captions and CTA-driven social copy&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Personal Qualities&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Passionate about working and winning in a team environment.</li><li>Results oriented and driven, with a track record for delivering to plan</li><li>Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. &nbsp; Able to proactively question and challenge to prioritize and identify solutions in timely manner</li><li>Clear and logical thinker&nbsp;</li><li>Relish working in a company with a diverse, challenging, and fast paced environment</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Travel Requirements</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>The position is based in the Miami Garage Miami but may involve irregular travel&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Physical Demands</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Must be able to have a flexible schedule and work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to work in a loud environment for 8+ hours.&nbsp;</li><li>Standing and walking required 90% of the time.&nbsp;</li><li>Lifting required 20% of the time with a max weight of 50lbs.&nbsp;</li></ul></div>\n",
