As a Part-Time Trendsend Stylist you will lead by example to ensure our customers receive the EVEREVE experience through our Trendsend box styling service.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location: </strong>This is an <u>in-store</u> position with no remote option.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Expectations</strong></p><ul><li>Act and lead through our core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART).</li><li>Style Trendsend customers using our proprietary online styling platform</li><li>Utilize the Trendsend Resource Center for weekly best-sellers, current theme boxes, and overall company announcements on Evereve’s main communication platform, StoreIQ</li><li>Review, in detail, customer profiles through the Trendsend stylist app</li><li>Curate 6-8 pieces specific styled in full looks that align to your customer’s body type, lifestyle, and personal requests</li><li>Write authentic, warm, and professional notes to customers that provide styling tips, tricks and end uses.</li><li>Oversee and inspect the quality of the product</li><li>Process Trendsend returns (finalize in Styling App), communicate with Care Team when necessary, and put away returned items</li><li>Efficient time management. Complete the work during the scheduled shift time.&nbsp;</li><li>Achieves or exceeds personal minimum sales plan</li><li>$185 SPB (Sales per Box)</li><li>2.2 Items Kept per Box</li><li>Under 22% 0 keep rate&nbsp;</li><li>Style boxes for new and repeat Trendsend customers, maintaining expected Sales Per Box average and styling each box in 45min. This includes 30 mins for styling and 15 mins for shipping the box and processing a return.</li><li>Analyzes customer profile for both new and existing customers. Hindsights closed orders for repeat customers to ensure the outfits/pieces are consistent with previous kept items.</li></ul>",
