Required Skills & Experience: Experience: Minimum 10+ years in ICT Network Engineering, service provider, or enterprise network management. Technical Expertise: Cisco IOS/IOS-XE, Nexus, ACI; Juniper; Aruba/HP; Viptela; Meraki; Fortinet. Dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), VPN, IPsec. Wireless solutions (Cisco, Aruba), WAN technologies (Ethernet, 3G/4G/5G). Meraki, Versa, Viptela, Prisma SD-WAN, SD-LAN, DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM), WAN optimization. Integrate Prisma SD WAN with Palo Alto NGFW for unified security enforcement Cloud : AWS, Azure, GCP Tools: Cisco Prime, DNAC, ClearPass, LogicMonitor, SolarWinds, Zenoss, ServiceNow. Strong troubleshooting skills and ITIL knowledge. Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills. Certifications : Professional-level certifications: CCNP ENSDWI (300-415), CCIE plus vendor-specific certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba/HP, SD-WAN). Palo Alto certifications (PCNSE / Prisma SD WAN) Cisco certifications (CCNP / Meraki specific exposure) Experience in SASE/SSE transformation programs Additional Excellent customer-facing skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
