Digital Transformation Trainer to deliver impactful learning experiences focused on AI adoption, leadership and digital skills.</p>\n<p>You’ll help learners and employers understand how AI can improve and accelerate productivity, decision-making, leadership effectiveness, and organisational performance.</p>\n<p>This is more than technical training, it’s about helping people lead confidently in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver engaging, industry-leading training focused on AI, leadership, workplace productivity, and organisational transformation</li>\n<li>Support learners in developing practical skills in the application of AI tools, automation, data-informed decision-making, and digital collaboration</li>\n<li>Facilitate engaging workshops that help leaders and teams confidently adopt AI within their roles and organisations</li>\n<li>Provide high value training which allows learners to implement their learning and drive business improvements</li>\n<li>Deliver training around:\n<ul>\n<li>AI strategy and opportunity</li>\n<li>AI governance and responsible adoption</li>\n<li>AI-enabled organisational transformation</li>\n<li>Workforce impact and change leadership</li>\n<li>AI productivity and operational improvement</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Build strong relationships with learners, employers, and internal stakeholders to create a high-impact and supportive learning environment</li>\n<li>Drive learner success through effective coaching, mentoring, and management of individual learning plans</li>\n<li>Ensure high-quality programme delivery aligned to awarding organisation standards, compliance requirements, and internal quality expectations</li>\n<li>Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, digital transformation, and workforce innovation, embedding current industry practices into curriculum delivery</li>\n<li>Collaborate with curriculum teams and subject matter experts to continuously improve content and learner engagement</li>\n<li>Support employers in understanding the opportunities, risks, and practical implementation of AI within the workplace</li>\n<li>Deliver onsite workshops and training sessions for employer partners and key accounts across the UK</li>\n<li>Champion innovation and contribute to the development of new AI and leadership learning solutions</li>\n<li>Maintain and continually develop your own professional knowledge across AI technologies, leadership, education, and digital transformation</li>\n<li>Contribute to the delivery and evolution of wider digital, leadership, and emerging technology programmes across Baltic’s growing skills portfolio</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Knowledge, Skills &amp; Experience</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Professional Expertise</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience delivering training, coaching, workshops, or facilitation within AI and management and leadership</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of generative AI tools and platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or equivalent technologies</li>\n<li>Strong management and leadership experience</li>\n<li>Experience applying AI tools to improve productivity, communication, collaboration, decision-making, or operational efficiency</li>\n<li>Understanding of how AI impacts leadership, organisational culture, workforce capability, and business operations</li>\n<li>Experience supporting learners, teams, or organisations through digital change or transformation initiatives</li>\n<li>Understanding of responsible and ethical AI use within business settings</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Skills</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills</li>\n<li>Ability to simplify complex AI concepts for non-technical audiences</li>\n<li>Strong coaching and stakeholder management capabilities</li>\n<li>Innovative and forward-thinking mindset with a passion for continuous improvement</li>\n<li>Highly organised with strong problem-solving and learner engagement skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">A successful AI Leadership &amp;
