You&rsquo;ll lead preventive maintenance programs, support PLC and automation diagnostics, and champion equipment upgrades and installations. The Processing Maintenance Owner is the <strong>technical lead for processing equipment</strong>, with a focus on mechanical reliability.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Own reliability and maintenance strategy for processing assets<ul><li>M&amp;R costs, % planned maintenance, pm completion %, &ldquo;Defect Fixed&rdquo; standard.</li></ul></li><li>Perform advanced mechanical troubleshooting and repairs</li><li>Support PLC and automation troubleshooting as required</li><li>Lead preventive maintenance and continuous improvement efforts<ul><li>Breakdown elimination and standard reporting</li></ul></li><li>Develop maintenance documentation and training materials</li><li>Support equipment upgrades and new installations</li><li>Mentor maintenance technicians and support skill development</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications / Requirements</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>7+ years of industrial maintenance experience<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Preferred experience with FAM cutting equipment, Heat and Control Fryers, Finnis vegetable processing (peeling/ coring), &nbsp;Ovens (Drytek, Aeroglide, IET, Casa Herrera), Seasoning Applicators (LIW, Spray Dynamic), Hapman Systems, RF ovens.</li></ul></li><li>Strong mechanical background: PLC experience required</li><li>Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint</li><li>Strong problem-solving and documentation skills</li></ul><p><strong>Career Path</strong></p><p>Designed as a senior technical role with progression into maintenance leadership as the plant grows.</p><p><br>Sugar Foods Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
