    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\"><strong>Intake Specialist/Outpatient Therapy&nbsp;</strong></span></p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">This position provides clinical intake assessments, therapy, and case management services to people with mental health disabilities.</span></p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Essential Functions</span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Provides clinical intake assessments.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Schedule and conduct person centered planning activities.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Develop individual plans of service, amending and updating as indicated.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Provide clinical services, including individual, family, and group therapy.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Provide ongoing case management services as required.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other community agencies.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner, consistent with agency, state, and federal requirements.</span></li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Lapeer County Community Mental Health embraces an employment environment that promotes recovery and discovery, a person-centered approach to treatment/services, and cultural competence.
