Clinical Adoption to design, build, and lead the company’s commercial training infrastructure as we scale adoption of our intraoperative imaging technology.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This role sits within the commercial organization and is responsible for ensuring that Perimeter’s sales team, clinical specialists, and customers are trained to successfully deploy the technology in real-world surgical workflows.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The ideal candidate will combine clinical credibility, imaging interpretation expertise, and exceptional training leadership to develop scalable training programs that drive consistent execution across the field.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The Manager, Commercial Training &amp; Clinical Adoption will build the systems, programs, and playbooks required to scale adoption while maintaining clinical excellence.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Core Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Clinical Workflow &amp; Reader Training</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Develop structured training programs that teach internal teams and customers how to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">interpret Perimeter imaging outputs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">orient tissue correctly</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">integrate imaging into surgical workflow</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">communicate findings effectively during procedures</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Over time, this individual will develop advanced reader proficiency and contribute to building internal reader competency standards.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Customer Training &amp; Clinical Adoption</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead programs that drive successful technology adoption within customer institutions, including:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">physician onboarding</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">operating room staff training</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">clinical workflow integration</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">post-install training and follow-up education</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Partner with the field team to ensure customers achieve consistent procedural success and confidence using the technology.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Commercial Training Strategy</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Design and lead Perimeter’s end-to-end commercial training ecosystem, including:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Sales representative onboarding</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Clinical specialist training</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Customer training programs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Reader competency development</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Certification pathways</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Continuing education for field teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Create scalable training frameworks that enable rapid team expansion and consistent field execution.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Playbook &amp; Training Content Development</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Own the creation and evolution of Perimeter’s Commercial Training Playbook, including:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">site launch protocols</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">procedure support frameworks</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">customer adoption milestones</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">field best practices</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">reader training standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Convert product capabilities and clinical evidence into practical training modules, videos, and learning programs.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
