Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.&nbsp;</p><p>As a core member of our Fund Accounting team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Your Role:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>You will be responsible for:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;\"><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"line-height: 106%;\">Client Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance client relationships by monitoring and developing client service level agreements providing a full service/ product offering</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"line-height: 106%;\">Review monthly financial statements and reconciliation packages prepared by the staff</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"line-height: 106%;\">Act as a liaison with the client on matters relating to the preparation of the monthly reporting package</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"line-height: 106%;\">Leverage existing client relationship to secure new business, offering our products and services</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"line-height: 106%;\">Work in partnership with the Senior Vice President and Executive Management team to facilitate in presentations to existing and prospective clients</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"line-height: 106%;\">Liaise internally with key functional teams to ensure awareness of key client requirements</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"line-height: 106%;\">Visit clients regularly to evaluate service quality and identify client priorities</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"line-height: 106%;\">Work in partnership with other Vice Presidents, oversee the resolution of complex client issues</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"line-height: 106%;\">Ensure strong emphasis on escalation and complaints management within the team and within the department</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"line-height: 106%;\">Manage, train and coach assigned Managers in the successful running of their teams</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"line-height: 106%;\">Review departmental procedures and policies and supervise Managers to ensure adherence to these procedures</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"line-height: 106%;\">Lead and initiate client video conference calls</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"line-height: 106%;\">Liaise with clients regarding reporting requirements and deadlines; ensure delivery in an accurate and timely manner</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"line-height: 106%;\">Ensure continuous risk assessment of current and potential new funds under administration&nbsp;</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"line-height: 106%;\">Identify issues/concerns and recommend company-wide solutions for any/all high-risk projects</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"line-height: 106%;\">Ensure fluid execution and strategy for work forecasting and allocation</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"line-height: 106%;\">Actively manage operational risk – monthly reporting on status reports and key development issues to external clients and executive management team</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"line-height: 106%;\">Actively participate in departmental and company-wide projects&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>About You:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;\"><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">You have&nbsp;10+ years’&nbsp;Experience in financial services industry, particularly with hedge funds and/or investment companies</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">You have a University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or professional accounting designation (CGA, CMA, CA, CPA or CFA).</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Extensive supervisory and managerial experience</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Experience working with offshore teams</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Outlook Demonstrated financial reporting/ analytical/organizational skills</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Proven ability to work in a challenging, professional and deadline driven work environment</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Salary Range:</strong>&nbsp;CAD 115,000 - CAD 155,000</p><p>- This position is for an existing vacancy. &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p><strong>Our Benefits</strong></p><p>Your well-being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
