Description Job Purpose: - The Restaurant Supervisor at SHAMIN HOTELS MASTER is responsible for managing the restaurant floor in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction, and overseeing the efficiency of service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with the opening and closing procedures of the restaurant. - Communicate guest charges effectively to the hotel side to ensure accurate billing. - Oversee daily operations and shifts on the restaurant floor, stepping in to fill various roles as necessary. - Address call outs and administer in-the-moment disciplinary actions to maintain staff performance and morale. - Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. - Support the restaurant team in achieving operational goals and maintaining a positive work environment. Qualifications Required Education: - High School Diploma or GED Required Experience: - 3+ years of experience as a server or bartender - Experience with food expediting - Understanding of guest satisfaction aspects of dining - 1+ years of leadership experience in a comparable role within the hospitality industry Required Skills and Abilities: - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to oversee daily operations and manage shifts effectively - Proficiency in handling call-outs and implementing in-the-moment discipline - Capability to ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly - Competence in coordinating with hotel operations for guest charges - Flexibility to fill in various roles as needed during shifts - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
