This role is focused on hands-on execution and physical infrastructure support rather than senior-level architecture or engineering responsibilities.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Install, remove, and rack servers and related hardware</li>\n <li>Mount rails, brackets, and supporting equipment</li>\n <li>Perform structured cabling, patching, labeling, and cable management</li>\n <li>Validate power connections and connectivity</li>\n <li>Assist with basic hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics</li>\n <li>Manage inventory, equipment staging, and asset handling</li>\n <li>Provide general physical data center support and operational assistance</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Min</h2>\n<h2>Max</h2>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>2+ years of experience working in a data center, IT infrastructure, or rack-and-stack environment.</li>\n <li>Experience installing and removing servers, storage systems, and networking equipment.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of structured cabling practices, including copper and fiber patching.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with rack layouts, cable management, power distribution units (PDUs), and data center best practices.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform physical installation tasks, including lifting and moving equipment as needed.</li>\n <li>Basic troubleshooting skills related to server hardware, cabling, and connectivity.</li>\n <li>Experience with inventory management and asset tracking.</li>\n <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and professionalism when interacting with team members and stakeholders.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Because of the possibility for fraudulent job postings on many popular job boards, please be advised that Connection will never offer a position of employment without a complete interview process and communication with a “live person\".  </p>",
