Our mission is to consistently provide the ultimate solution for high value working environments through our continuous investment into the best people, technology, and processes.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Job</span></p>\n<p>Ardmac are recruiting for a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quantity Surveyor</span> to be based primarily in Dublin and to work on projects on the European continent. The successful candidate will travel once per month to visit project sites (3-5 day working trip).</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p>Quantity surveyors are responsible for all aspects of surveying and commercial functions on projects including:</p>\n<p>-Preparation and updating of contact budget<br>-Responsible for contractual and legal aspects of project<br>-Liaison with Surveying Manager<br>-Administration of contract records<br>-Production of monthly JCR’s and JCS’s<br>-Attendance at contractor handover meeting<br>-Attendance at bi-weekly contract review meetings<br>-Updating of cash reporting and collection<br>-Identification of risks and completion of risk management plan<br>-Relationship with clients, supply chain and professional team</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p>Construction methods and technologies<br>Measurement and valuation<br>Ability to form good working relationships with all stakeholders<br>Knowledge and understanding of subcontract/material orders and procurement<br>Preparation and understanding of commercial reports.<br>Contracts; bespoke and standard forms<br>Knowledge of health and safety, quality procedures and construction industry</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Candidates will need to have five years' plus experience working as a Quantity Surveyor - experience of industrial fit out projects is preferred though not essential.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we offer</span></p>\n<p>There are many benefits to working with Ardmac, including competitive salary, generous time off, high level employer pension contribution and bonus. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you are interested in the opportunity described above, please send your CV to the Ardmac team for review.</p>",
